These two goes hand in hand and both stress and sleep deprivation can have serious effects to one’s mental state so it is always important to have 6 hours sleep and stay away from stress and try to look things from a positive perspective.
3. Drug Abuse:
Even though drug abuse does not really cause bipolar disorder  but trust me the way cocaine, ecstasy and other such tranquillizers effect brain they can really worsen the disease and have effects which makes it harder to cure the disease so stay away from substances.
